- Deadlift
- Leg curl on machine or ball
- Deep squats
- Leg press
- Leg extension Machine
- Abductors
Do one by one, 4 series of 12 to 15 repetitions, and have jelly legs after.
If you live in a building, go up and down the stairs for 30 minutes for an excellent cardiovascular system. Get that steel butt now or never!
