Ingredients:
- A measure of Whey Protein chocolate flavor
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet of zero-calorie sweetener ( I use Monk fruit)
- 8 walnut halves
- A splash of water
preparation:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a cup.
Add a splash of water, enough to dissolve the Whey Protein, and combine it with the cocoa. Try to make the consistency of a pudding.
Add the chopped walnuts.
Freeze until it hardens, and voila
