Lose Weight By Doing these Small Changes of Habits

There are small adjustments in your routine that you need to make as soon as possible if your goal is to look your best.

These are the 6 main habits that you must change now to lose weight:

1. Make the protein the protagonist in your plate. When you do, you eat fewer calories a day because the protein is more filling. I’m not saying that you need to eliminate carbs from your diet, but that you make protein the main protagonist and to include it in every meal.

2. Portion control. Just because something is good does not mean that you can eat it without measure, especially when it comes to carbohydrates, fat, and protein.

3. Chew your food well. Those who chew for a longer time increase the hormones that promote satiety and, therefore, you end up eating less per day without realizing it.

4. Eat as natural as possible, 85% -90% natural. The thermal effect (calories you burn during digestion) is greater in unprocessed whole foods than processed foods.

5. Avoid sedentarism: Just doing an hour in the gym or exercising at home, but then spending the rest of the day sitting, driving, and on a sofa, does not help you! Your body is designed to be in constant motion, get moving!

6. Connect with your body and be honest with it, and with yourself. When you feel like eating, ask yourself this question: “Is it really hunger or just anxiety? Imagine a plate with chicken and broccoli, do you want to eat it? if the answer is yes, then it is hunger. On the other hand, if you wrinkle your face, and you just want to imagine a cake/chocolate/donut? You know It is anxiety!
