Don’t waste your daily calorie intake and your money on a Starbucks coffee, when you can make yourself a delicious, macro-friendly Cafe con Leche at home.

 

The recipe it’s pretty simple and stragforward:

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • Ground coffee (whatever you prefer, I recommend something strong) 
  • 1 cup of Isopure Protein Powder, which’s about 235ml
  • Monk fruit sweetener, to taste

 

PREPARATION

 

  1. Prepare your coffee as usual, according to your taste
  2. A2 Milk, you could also choose to use the 2% if want your coffee more creamy
  3. Add 20 gr of protein scoop to the milk and blend it in really good
  4. Add your Monkfruit sweeter to taste
  5. Add your coffee last
