Don’t waste your daily calorie intake and your money on a Starbucks coffee, when you can make yourself a delicious, macro-friendly Cafe con Leche at home.
The recipe it’s pretty simple and stragforward:
INGREDIENTS:
- Ground coffee (whatever you prefer, I recommend something strong)
- 1 cup of Isopure Protein Powder, which’s about 235ml
- Monk fruit sweetener, to taste
PREPARATION
- Prepare your coffee as usual, according to your taste
- A2 Milk, you could also choose to use the 2% if want your coffee more creamy
- Add 20 gr of protein scoop to the milk and blend it in really good
- Add your Monkfruit sweeter to taste
- Add your coffee last
